​I can help you find a long term tenant for your property.  I always have a list of tenants looking to move into the area.  I advertise the property, screen potential tenants, and write a contract.  I can help determine pricing, deposits, and rate increases.  I have a depth of knowledge on tenant and landlord rights.  I am always looking to maximize my clients investment returns.

I am also friends with several owners in the neighborhood.  We typically know properties that are for lease and a handful coming soon.  Reach out so that we can keep you up to date with any new activity.  Many properties do not hit market and some may only be advertised with a "for rent" sign.  We try to give our clients a heads up as we live in the very neighborhood we run our business in.
